Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and any services provided through it.
By accessing or using Terbango, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

2. Scope of Services
Terbango provides access to flight search and booking functionality. Where booking is available, electronic tickets are issued
based on the information provided by airlines and/or authorized service providers.
We do not operate flights. Flights are operated by third-party airlines. Airline schedules, availability, fares, and conditions
are provided by the relevant service providers and may change without prior notice.
3. User Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
By using the booking functionality, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this type.
Booking services may only be used by persons aged 18 years or older.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details entered during booking are accurate and complete,
including correct spelling of first name and last name exactly as shown in the passport, and correct travel dates.
Enter the first name in the first name field and the last name in the last name field.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in ticket issuance errors, refusal of boarding, additional fees,
or cancellation by the airline. We are not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect user-provided data.
4. Reservations, Ticket Issuance, and Confirmation
Prices and availability are dynamic. We do not guarantee that the price shown during search or reservation will remain unchanged
until payment is completed.
Payment should be completed as soon as possible. If payment is delayed and the price changes, we may either:
- refund the amount paid to the payer’s account; or
- offer you the option to pay the remaining difference, where applicable.
We typically send a booking confirmation within 15 minutes after receiving payment.
If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder and verify that the email address entered during booking was correct.
If you have paid but did not receive confirmation, you must contact us at
[email protected], and we will resend the confirmation with the ticket number where available.
5. Changes, Refunds, and Cancellations
In many cases, after ticket issuance changes are not possible. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking,
the following may apply to economy-class tickets:
- tickets are non-refundable, except where an airline cancels a flight and applicable rules allow a refund;
- date and route changes may not be permitted;
- name changes may not be permitted;
- tickets may not be exchangeable.
In exceptional cases, we may contact the airline to request changes. If the airline allows changes,
you are responsible for any fare difference and any airline-imposed fees.
Airlines may cancel a ticket entirely if a passenger does not use one segment of the itinerary (“no-show”).
We are not responsible for such airline actions.
Refund claims, where applicable, may be reviewed no earlier than 1 month from the date of submission.
Refund timing and eligibility depend on airline rules and the terms applicable to your booking.
6. Service Fees
We may charge a service fee. The service fee is included in the total price displayed on the website and in the booking confirmation.
Service fees for ticket issuance are generally non-refundable.
Additional agency service fees may apply for certain requests such as changes or refunds (where permitted by airline rules).
The availability of such services and the exact amounts depend on airline conditions and booking system rules.
7. Itinerary Structure and Connecting Flights
Some itineraries may consist of multiple separate tickets, including connections purchased as separate segments.
Unlike a single connected ticket issued by a carrier, separate tickets may involve additional risks, including:
- if one segment is delayed or cancelled, you may miss the next segment and the cost of a new ticket may not be compensated;
- you may need to complete check-in separately for each segment;
- if you have checked baggage, you may need to collect and re-check baggage between segments;
- you are responsible for verifying transit visa requirements and entry/transit rules for all countries on your route.
We strongly recommend choosing itineraries with sufficient buffer time between segments and verifying visa and transit requirements
in advance through official sources.
8. Travel Documents and Compliance
You are responsible for preparing and holding all required travel documents, including passports, visas, transit documents,
and any permissions required for minors, as well as complying with border control and immigration rules.
If you are unsure, you should contact the relevant authorities or consulates for official guidance.
9. Communications
Important information about your booking, including notifications of changes from the airline, is sent to the email address you provide
during booking. You must provide a valid email address and check it regularly. You must notify us promptly if you have not received
your ticket/confirmation in time.
10. System Availability and Liability
The booking system is dynamic and may be changed or updated at any time. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website or booking systems, or for any direct or indirect costs resulting
from such unavailability.
Information about schedules, availability, fares, and fare rules is displayed as provided by airlines and/or authorized providers.
While we aim to work with reliable partners, we cannot independently verify all third-party information and are not responsible for errors
in such information or losses resulting from them.
11. Additional Verification
We may request additional documents if a payment card used for booking does not belong to any passenger in the reservation,
or where verification is required to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Unless stated otherwise,
changes take effect immediately upon publication.
